pageant costume! Man oh man, my daughter was
adorable and won in this one! Pictures do no
justice until you see it on! There are bells on the
pants and top! Candy can ruffles everywhere! The
pants have an elastic waist and fit a size 19" and
hat will fit 19-20" A true size 2T. One bell is missing
because there is suppose to be two on the bottom
of the top, one is missing but I have a bell and will
